Debbie and family -- Very sorry for your loss. Bill was my teammate on the Manhattan College football team in the early 70's. My memories of Bill are of a strong, determined and talented athlete. More importantly, Bill was a good guy and fun to be around. He was in every sense of the word -- a stand up guy and a great teammate. Two weeks ago, Bill made the effort to come to Hoboken for the funeral of another teammate, Frank Smyth. Bill had not seen Frank for close to forty years. His presence speaks volumes of the value he placed on loyalty and brotherhood. I'm sure this was evident as a caring father and husband. God bless. Rest easy, Bill.

I worked directly with Bill at MSKCC and am shocked to hear this terrible news. He was a wonderful person...my deepest sympathy and condolences to his family. May God bless Bill's soul and may he rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Bill. I worked indirectly with him at Memorial-Sloan Kettering and thought him to be a very nice man. He always spoke so highly of his family and how he enjoyed doing things with them. His passing will leave a huge hole in your lives and my prayers are with you at this very sad time. My deepest condolences.
