So loved Joan from our first meeting. She was new to the area and I asked where she had been before. She replied no place you've ever heard of-Hopewell. I grew up very close to there just outside of Princeton and knew it well. Her farm she had left in Amwell Valley was previously owned by good friends of my parents. We had many friends in common both here and there. From then on we have shared many wonderful events that turned into treasured memories. Like seeing the wonderful photo of you from Peter's wedding wearing the necklace your borrow from me. Much love and condolences to your entire family and friends. You will truly be missed!!

Dear Family,
The beautifully written obituary said it all. Joan touched us all with her kind, loving ways, boundless energy, and her ability to live each moment to the fullest. We all enjoyed playing bridge and had many a laugh, talking about cards, families, and whatever life dished out.
A beautiful lady inside and out who touched us all with the grace of her presence.....
and this was an extra special presence...and any one touched by her knows what a great gift it was.
So family, thanks for sharing your Mom. She will be sorely missed. It hurts like crazy, because she was a 7NT lady!! Top of the Top!
Sending warm sympathy hugs and love to all the family and friends,
Lynn MacBeth XOXO

What a life! You experienced great joys and great sorrows. From these experiences you gained your unshakable convictions. You were an awesome and mysterious figure in our family's shared lore. You will be missed but never forgotten.

To the family of Joan Nall
Please accept my sincere condolences. I have taken comfort knowing that God . . . will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain.”—Revelation 21:3, 4
The Bible, however, holds out a much different hope. As we have previously noted, the Scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future, not in an unknown heaven but right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions. And at that time humans will have the prospect of enjoying perfect health, and they will never have to die again. ‘But surely that is wishful thinking!’ for some may say. For words of encouragement please go to JW.org
Sincerely,
Roberta

I am so sorry to hear of Joan's sudden passing.
We had re-connected at our 50th anniversary from St. Elizabeth's two years ago, and I had the opportunity to spend quality time with her at her lovely Fair Haven home last summer. We had a wonderful visit, which included spending time in her garden, a kayak trip on the river, and lots of conversation. I came to know that she was indeed proud of her loving family, her beautiful home, and her independent lifestyle.
We talked recently about getting together soon, now set for eternity.
Please accept my deepest sympathy,
Irma Chazotte

Louise, it has been years and years since I have seen you but was lucky to see your Mom 5 years ago when she attended my Dad's memorial service, she was just as I remembered when we were kids. I felt very happy when our moms went to Ireland together as a few years back, my mom loved that trip. Please know I am thinking of you and your family and sending my deepest condolences. Stay strong as I'm sure my dad is welcoming her with open arms 🙏🏻🙏🏻
