I remember Barbara well from our days at Holy Spirit School in Asbury Park. She was a few years ahead of me and was always a role model. A natural beauty, she was modest, perky and friendly. I always admired her from afar. I especially recall her red plaid glasses when she was in about 7th or 8th grade. They added to her beauty...nothing could detract from that!
Our paths crossed briefly when I attended Red Bank Catholic, but never again. However, the impression she made on me as a youngster, remained with me through life. I so enjoyed seeing the pictures depicting her over the years. Still the same sweet gal!
My sincere condolences to her family and friends. She has slipped from your loving arms to those of her Heavenly Father. May she Rest In Peace and may you find solace in your good memories.
With sadness and sympathy,
Charlotte Chamy Snedeker

Barbara was always my ray of sunshine - she brightened my day and had the most wonderful sense of humor! Even when we were talking about something serious she would find a way to turn it around somehow and make us both laugh! She spoke often about what a wonderful and fun husband Charlie was and how much she loved Robert and his family. Barbara was a lovely, thoughtful, caring and (oh so much) fun friend and I will miss her! Heaven got a special angel and I'm sure her job will be to keep all the others laughing! Godspeed my beautiful friend.
