Victoria Mingione

Victoria Mingione, 96, of Middletown passed away peacefully on March 28, 2018.  She was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Vito and Giovanna (LaMonica) Geloso. Victoria worked as a seamstress for various NY designers throughout her life.

She is predeceased by her husband, Alfred Mingione in 1981.  Surviving are her loving daughters, Rosine and her husband James Morgante of Monroe and JoAnn and her husband John Murphy of Middletown, her dear grandchildren James and his wife Sheri Morgante, David and his wife CherRe Morgante, Michael and his wife Theresa Morgante, and Shannon Murphy, her cherished great grandchildren, Mason, Maggie, Marissa, Victoria, Jessica, James IV, Ryan and Leah.

Visitation will be held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701 on Thursday March 29, 2018 from 5-9 p.m. A service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 9 a.m. Interment will follow at Moravian Cemetery in Staten Island. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent in Victoria’s memory to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105.
