Tribute

Rose Marie D’Antonio, born on May 15, 1932, loving mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She grew up in Brooklyn, NY. She was married, raised four children, and was employed as a legal assistant for American International Group located in New York City. After retiring, she settled in Lincroft, New Jersey in the late 90’s. She was a devoted parishioner of the Church of St. Leo the Great, acting as a Eucharistic Minister for many years.

She is survived by her children Anthony D’Antonio, Rosemary Clappsy, Christopher D’Antonio, and the late Thomas D’Antonio as well as five beautiful grandchildren, Kristina D’Antonio, Julie Clappsy, Jessica Sheehan, Justin Clappsy, and Thomas Clappsy.

A viewing for Rose Marie will be held from 4-8 P.M. on Thursday, March 16 at the John E. Day Funeral Home in Red Bank, NJ. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Church of Saint Leo the Great, Lincroft, NJ at 10:15 A.M. on Friday, March 17. Interment will immediately follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Middletown, N.J.
