Kevin J. McCarty, of Red Bank, NJ, formerly of Holmdel. He grew up in Baldwin, NY. Husband of Diane, Loving Father of Taryn McCarty.

Survived by siblings, Patricia Donahue, Claire Barbuti, Kathy Farr and Sheila Cuthbert plus many nieces, and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents Theodore and Ann McCarty, Siblings Theodore McCarty, Philip McCarty, Vincent McCarty, Maureen Rydlewski and Gerald McCarty.

Kevin had many in-laws and friends who loved him. He was loved by all.
He worked in the financial industry of Wall Street in Municipal Bonds.

Kevin loved his Yankees since he could walk. He took the love of the Yankees from his beloved mother. Missed most of all will be him talking to the television telling them to do better. Kevin also loved to cook. There wasn’t a recipe that he always made better. His very favorite item to make was soup. No one could make a better soup than him. “NO SOUP FOR YOU”. Soup will never taste the same.

Arrangements are as follows, there will be a visitation on Monday April 18, 2022, from 5 – 8 P.M. at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Ave. Red Bank, NJ 07701 - 732-747-0332. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Catherine R. C. Church, 108 Middletown Rd., Holmdel, NJ 07733 on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 9:15 AM. Entombment will immediately follow at Holmdel Mausoleum, Holmdel, N.J.
