Juanita L. Dean

Juanita L. Dean, 86, of Tinton Falls, passed peacefully on July 24, 2022 at Jersey Shore Medical Center. Juanita was born in the Bronx, NY to Curtis and Louise (Reynolds) Wheeler.
She earned her nursing degree from Monmouth Medical Center and through the years worked for Jersey Shore Medical Center, Monmouth Medical Center, John L. Montgomery Hospital in Freehold
and most recently as a private duty nurse.
Juanita was pre-deceased by her brothers, Marvin and Barry Wheeler and in 2017 by her beloved husband of 61 years, George O. Dean.
She leaves to mourn her loss her sons; Anthony “Tony”, Derrick and wife Lana and Brian Dean, all of Tinton Falls, her brother, Curtis Wheeler of Mexico and her sister, Geneva Wheeler Williams of CA, her six grandchildren; Devin, Shania, Kianna, Terrence and Brittany Dean and Damian Vinson and a host of great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit Mon., August 1, 2022 from 11am to 1pm at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank. A Funeral Home service will commence at 1pm followed by entombment at Monmouth Memorial Park in Tinton Falls.
