James J. Dooley III

James J. Dooley III, 37, of Lincroft passed away Sunday April 16th.

He always stated his most fulfilling life experience was working as a volunteer coach for the Center for Vocational Rehabiliation for Special Olympics children. He was also a volunteer for the Jay Dooley Memorial Foundation. Jimmy’s favorite past times included spending time at his parent’s cabin in the Catskills NY, sitting around the campfire sharing stories with his family and friends. He also immensely enjoyed making those around him laugh, and was the life of the party.

Jim is predeceased by his grandparents James J.Sr. and Virginia Dooley and Salvatore J. and Henrietta Amato.

Surviving are his beloved parents James J.Jr. and Judith (nee: Amato); his loving sister Patricia Dooley-Budsock and her husband Bob and his niece Christina Cecelia Budsock.

A Life Celebration will be at the John E. Day Funeral Home 85 Riverside Ave. Red Bank, NJ on Thursday, April 20th from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, April 21st at 11:30 am at St. Leo the Great R.C. Ch. 50 Hurleys Lane, Lincroft, NJ. with entombment immediately following at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport.
