Georgia Lee Keeney

Georgia Lee Keeney, 78, of Middletown, passed away on July 8, 2020. She was born in Jersey City to the late George and Ellen Adams. Georgia enjoyed reading, watching classic movies, news, and crafting.  Most of all, she loved her family unconditionally and cherished the quality time she spent with her children and grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her husband, Captain John Keeney. Surviving are her loving children, Sean and his wife Tina, Brian and his wife Suzann, Jennifer and her husband Kevin, and her cherished grandchildren, Brody, Rory, Jack, Molly, Liam, and her siblings Marjorie, Albert and his wife June.

Visitation will be held on Monday July 13, 2020 from 11 – 12:30 p.m. at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701 with a prayer service beginning at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery, 456 NJ-35 Red Bank NJ, 07701.
