I work with frank as a permits inspectors for Department of transportation back in the 1980 sorry to hear of his passing

Frank was like a 2nd Father to me over the past 6 years. Since, My Dad passed away. He was my Dad's First Cousin and like a Brother to my Dad when they were younger.
My Dad and Frank spent many great times together over the years.
Frank was always visiting us when I was younger. He was always great fun when he came over.
In the last 6 years after my Dad passed away. I would call Frank on the phone and sometimes visit with him. He gave me great advice over the years. He told me many times how proud he was of me and that I was a good man like my Dad was.
I always enjoyed talking to him and I will miss him very much.
He reminded me so much of my Dad. He and my Dad looked alike in their face with their blue eyes and white hair and same shape face.. My Dad's Mom and his Mom were sisters.
Frank was such a great guy , very caring, sincere, friendly and fun.
I am sure he having a good time with all his family and friends in Heaven now.
God got another good one up there!
