Evelyn M Bogart

Evelyn M. Bogart, 79, of River Plaza section of Middletown, passed peacefully on Thursday, November 4, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on July 15, 1942 to Hellmuth and Frieda (Stephans) Dlabac.
She graduated in 1960 from Middletown High School where she met the love of her life.
Evelyn attended the Margaret Hague Medical Center School of Nursing and graduated a Registered Nurse. During her career she worked at Jersey Shore Medical Center-Fitkin Hospital and Riverview Hospital. She retired after 40 years of being a compassionate & dedicated RN. She continued her dedication of nursing by participating yearly in the Harvard Medical School Study. "She rode a tank, held a General's rank"
She is survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, Richard K. Bogart, her beloved children, daughter, Samantha Gorodovich and her husband Kevin of Eatontown; son Richard F. Bogart of Washington D.C. and her adored grandchildren Kaitlyn and Dean Gorodovich.
