Annmarie Maddaloni

Annmarie Maddaloni, 71, of Red Bank, passed away on September 30, 2020. She was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Guy and Anna “Toody” (DeGennaro) Roma. Annmarie worked as a Special Education teacher for the Brooklyn Public Schools and after retiring, she moved to Pennsylvania.

She will be remembered as a very generous, kind loving person and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is predeceased by her infant son, James Koptic and her husband, Charles Maddaloni. Surviving are her two loving sisters, Linda Roma and Kathleen and her husband Tony Galletta and their children Michelle and Anthony, her cousin, treated like a sister, Rosalie Kurtz. Also surviving are many cousins and friends.

A visitation will be held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701 on Sunday October 4, 2020 from 1 – 3 p.m. and 5 – 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. James Roman Catholic Church in Red Bank on Monday October 5, 2020 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Long Island. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent in Annmarie’s memory to American Cancer Society, 2310 Route 34, Suite 1D, Manasquan, NJ 08736.
