Andrew Clerkin

Andrew Clerkin of Long Branch, N.J. passed away on March 26, 2020. He graduated from Seton Home School high school in 2010 and received his Associates in Arts degree from Brookdale Community College in 2015. He completed the Electrical Technology Program at Union County Vocational and Technical School in 2017.

Andrew worked in Retail. He loved family gatherings, movies, contemporary literature, music, food, nerf wars with his brother, and pull up competitions with his father. Andrew loved spending time with his mother watching movies, having dinner and doing errands together. They enjoyed long walks on the beach and he cherished the time he spent with his sisters.  Everyone he came in contact with, he made them smile and laugh.  

Andrew is survived by his Mother, Paula, his Father, Brian, his 2 sisters, Grace and Catherine, his brother and biggest fan, George, his Grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. Eugene Clerkin (Nancy), Elizabeth Reeser, his Stepmother, Ann, and many loving Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Due to the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, all services will be private and under the direction of the John E. Day funeral home in Red Bank. A private mass and celebration of Andrew's life will be celebrated at Nativity Church, Fair Haven.
